How it works

Open the bulk generator and choose a CSV list or a numbered series.

For books or assets, set a pattern like BOOK-{n} with a start number and a count; for mixed links, paste one row per code.

Choose the label-sheet PDF output and the Avery layout that matches your sticker sheets (or build a custom grid).

Turn on the caption so the ID prints under each code, and generate.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free for a whole school?
Yes. Static QR codes are unlimited and free, with no account and no per-code charge. Generate as many batches as you need.
Is student data safe?
Nothing is uploaded. Every code is built in the browser tab, so whatever you type — a name, a link, a form URL — never reaches our servers. There is no login and no tracking on the codes.
Do the codes expire?
No. Static codes work forever, so a code glued into a library book or onto a laptop keeps scanning for years with no renewal.
Can I print them onto sticker sheets?
Yes. Use the label-sheet PDF output and pick an Avery layout (A4 or US Letter) or a custom grid, then print at 100% onto the matching sheets.
Can each code be different?
Yes — one row per code in a CSV (asset tag, book ID, pupil name). Or use a numbered series like BOOK-0001 with a start number and count.
