Frequently asked questions
How many event QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 250 per batch, from a CSV or an auto-numbered series. Run it again for the next batch — there is no daily limit and no account.
Do the codes expire after the event?
No. They are static, so they keep working forever. That is fine for an event, and it also means you can prepare them weeks ahead with no risk of a trial lapsing.
Can I get a printable sheet instead of loose files?
Yes. Choose the label-sheet PDF output and pick an Avery layout (A4 or US Letter) or a custom grid. Each code lands on its own label with the name printed underneath.
Can every badge point to a different link?
Yes — put one URL per row in the CSV (for example a personal check-in link or agenda). For one shared link on every badge, use the numbered series or set 'Copies of each code'.
